How the Program Works

What is the NetBet Loyalty Program?

The NetBet Loyalty Program is our reward system that recognises and rewards you for playing at NetBet. As you place eligible real-money wagers with your own funds, you may earn Experience Points and become eligible for rewards, subject to these Loyalty T&Cs and your account status.. As your Experience Points grows, you advance through 28 levels — each one unlocking a guaranteed Level-Up Prize and, progressively, more valuable ongoing reward streams including Instant Rakeback, Daily Reload bonuses, Weekly and Monthly Rakeback, Weekly and Monthly Cashback, and personalised offers.

Do I need to sign up for the Loyalty Program?

No. Enrolment is automatic for all eligible registered NetBet customers. There is nothing to opt into — your progress begins from your very first real-money bet.

How do I earn XP?

XP is earned every time you place a real-money wager using your own funds on eligible games and products at NetBet. The amount of Experience Points you earn per wager may vary depending on the game type or product. Only real-money bets count — wagers placed using bonus funds, free spins, or free bets do not generate XP.

Where can I see my current level and XP?

Your current level, badge name, and Experience Points progress are visible in your account. You can check your progress at any time by logging in and navigating to the Loyalty section of your account.

How many levels are there?

There are 28 levels in total, organised into five groupings: 
Levels 1–6: Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite 
Levels 7–12: Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Amethyst, Diamond, Black Diamond 
Levels 13–18: Champion, Ace, Elite Pro, Icon, Legend, Prestige 
Levels 19–24: Reserve, Signature, Infinite, Private, Select, Elite Black 
Levels 25–28: Premier, Premier Elite, Centurion, Centurion Elite

Level-Up Prizes

What is a Level-Up Prize?

Every time you advance to a new level, you receive a guaranteed prize automatically. The prize varies by level and may be Free Spins, a Casino Bonus, a Free Bet, or a Live Casino Voucher. All prizes are specified in Schedule 1. Players marked as bonus seekers are not eligible for the level-up rewards. For more information on bonus seeker statuses, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions point 14.25, 14.26, 14.5.1

How quickly will I receive my Level-Up Prize?

Level-Up Prizes are credited automatically when you reach the qualifying Experience Points threshold. In the majority of cases this is immediate. Where manual processing is required, the prize will be credited within 72 hours.

What wagering requirements apply to Free Spins?

Winnings from Free Spins are subject to a x30 (thirty times) playthrough requirement. For example, if you generate €10 in winnings from Free Spins, you would need to wager €300 before those winnings become withdrawable. 

The maximum amount you can withdraw from Free Spin winnings is €500 regardless of total winnings accrued. 

⚠ Free Spins expire 7 days after crediting. Winnings expire 7 days after the spins are played.

What wagering requirements apply to Casino Bonuses?

Casino Bonuses carry a x30 (thirty times) wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 

The maximum withdrawal from Casino Bonus winnings is €500 and €5000 for the level up bonuses for levels 25 to 28. 

The exception is the Level 11 Evolution Live Casino Voucher, which carries a x1 (one times) wagering requirement only. 

⚠ Casino Bonuses expire 7 days after crediting.

Can I earn a Level-Up Prize more than once?

No. Each Level-Up Prize is awarded once only, the first time you reach that level. If you have already passed a level before the Program launches, you will not receive the prize for that level retrospectively.

What is Instant Rakeback?

Instant Rakeback is a reward that accumulates during eligible gaming sessions once you reach a qualifying wagering threshold determined by NetBet. 

The qualifying wagering threshold and the amount of Instant Rakeback are personalised and determined by NetBet. These values are not published and may vary depending on your current Level and other promotional criteria. Instant Rakeback unlocks from Level 2 (Bronze) and the reward rate increases as you progress through the Program. Higher levels receive materially higher rates. 

Once your qualifying threshold has been reached, your reward accumulates in your Instant Rakeback Pot, which you can claim at any time before it expires. Claimed rewards are credited to your cash balance and are immediately available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to the Terms and any applicable account restrictions. 

Your Instant Rakeback Pot resets daily. Any unclaimed rewards expire at 23:59 (local time) each day and cannot be recovered once expired.

What is the Daily Rakeback?

Daily Rakeback is a personalised daily reward made available between 11:00 and 12:00 CET based on your recent wagering activity. 

The amount is calculated using a lookback window, which increases as you progress through the Program: 
- 7 days from Level 4 
- 14 days from Level 10 
- 28 days from Level 15 
- 42 days from Level 20 

The applicable lookback window may vary depending on your level and is used to calculate any available reward shown to you. 

Daily Rakeback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold) and the applicable rate increases as you move through higher levels. Rates are determined by NetBet and are not published. 

Each Daily Rakeback offer remains available to claim for 24 hours unless otherwise stated. Once claimed, it is credited directly to your cash balance.

What is Weekly Rakeback and when do I receive it?

Weekly Rakeback is calculated on your total eligible wagers placed during the previous calendar week (Monday to Sunday). It is paid in five equal daily instalments, distributed from Monday to Friday of the following week. 

Weekly Rakeback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold). The applicable rate increases as you progress through the Program, although exact rates are not published. 

Each instalment must be claimed within 24 hours of becoming available unless otherwise stated.

What is Weekly Cashback and how does it work?

Weekly Cashback is calculated on your net losses from the previous calendar week (Monday to Sunday). 

It is paid in five equal daily instalments, distributed from Monday to Friday of the following week. 

Weekly Cashback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold), with higher levels receiving higher reward rates. Rates are determined by NetBet and are not published. 

Each instalment remains available to claim for 24 hours unless otherwise stated. Unclaimed instalments expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

What is Monthly Rakeback?

Monthly Rakeback is calculated on your total eligible wagers placed during the previous 30-day calendar month. 

It is paid in ten daily instalments during the first 10 days of the following month. 

Monthly Rakeback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold), with higher levels receiving progressively higher reward rates. Rates are determined by NetBet and are not published. 

Each instalment must be claimed within 24 hours of becoming available unless otherwise stated.

What is Monthly Cashback?

Monthly Cashback is calculated on your net losses incurred during the previous 30-day calendar month. 

It is made available on the first day of each month and is available to claim over a 10-day period. Any unclaimed Monthly Cashback is forfeited once this claim window expires. 

Monthly Cashback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold). The applicable reward rate increases as you progress through the Program, although rates are not published.

Why don't you publish the exact rakeback or cashback percentages?

Reward rates, thresholds and eligibility criteria may vary depending on the customer’s level, account status and applicable promotional criteria. For this reason, fixed percentage tables are not published. The applicable reward amount, rate, qualifying threshold and claim conditions will be displayed in the Loyalty section and/or at the point the reward is made available, so customers can review the available reward before choosing whether to claim it.

Highest tier (Levels 25–28)

How do I access the Highest tier?

The Highest Tiers consist of Levels 25–28. 

Customers who reach these Levels become eligible for the Highest Tier benefits available within the program, including exclusive promotions, a dedicated Personal Account Manager and, for Levels 27–28, bespoke rewards and experiences. 

NetBet reserves the right to modify or withdraw Highest Tier benefits where circumstances require, including to comply with regulatory requirements or where a customer's account status changes.

What is a Personal Account Manager?

Customers in the Highest Tiers (Levels 25–28) receive access to a dedicated Personal Account Manager (PAM). 

Your Personal Account Manager is your direct point of contact at NetBet, providing personalised assistance with account-related queries, proactive account management and access to exclusive promotions and benefits available within the Highest Tiers.

Responsible Gambling

Will the Program encourage me to spend more than I should?

NetBet is committed to responsible gambling and the Program is designed as a reward for your existing play — not a mechanism to push you to gamble more. All deposit limits, wagering limits, and time controls you have set remain fully active and cannot be overridden by the Program.

What happens to my rewards if I self-exclude?

If you self-exclude, you will be immediately removed from the Program and any unredeemed rewards will be forfeited. Rewards will not be reinstated if the self-exclusion is subsequently lifted or reversed.

Other Questions

Do my levels expire?

Levels do not expire while your account is active. NetBet reserves the right to introduce activity requirements for maintaining levels in the future, but any such change would be communicated with reasonable prior notice.

What if I think my Experience Points or Level-Up Prize has been incorrectly applied?

Please contact our Customer Support team with the details of the discrepancy. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If a prize has been withheld or applied incorrectly due to a system error, we will take steps to remedy this as quickly as possible.

Can I transfer my Experience Points or loyalty rewards to another account?

No. XP, level status, and all rewards are non-transferable. They are linked solely to your individual registered account.
